Key position with professional development **ACADEMIC COORDINATION – ACULCO CAMPUS** Consorcio Académico Universitario, S.C. **Lead the academic operations of our Aculco Campus** We seek a professional with strong leadership, strategic vision, and management capability to direct and strengthen the campus’s academic operations. **Location:** Calle San Jerónimo #13, Barrio de San Jerónimo, 50360 Aculco de Espinoza, Estado de México **Schedule:** Flexible **Willingness to travel:** Yes **Position Mission** Ensure campus academic excellence through proper faculty personnel management, monitoring of student performance, and regulatory compliance with the SEP (Secretaría de Educación Pública). **Key Responsibilities** * Recruitment, selection, and supervision of faculty. * Academic planning and control for the campus. * Monitoring of indicators, student retention, and performance. * Classroom supervision and academic audits. * Coordination of events, graduations, and institutional activities. * Management of minutes, reports, and official documentation. **Strategic Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, or related field (degree certification mandatory). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in academic coordination or similar role. * Experience in educational management and SEP regulations. * Leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills. * Strong results orientation and adherence to KPIs. **What We Offer** * Key position within the campus structure. * Direct participation in academic decision-making. * Professional development within a growing institution.
