




Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to lead selection processes, manage diverse recruitment sources, and coordinate interviews in the Retail sector. A leading Retail-sector company is looking for a Recruitment and Selection Analyst. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct the recruitment and selection process. * Manage various job boards and recruitment sources. * Knowledge of field recruitment and recruitment in remote areas. * Ensure timely coverage with suitable candidates according to required profiles. * Coordinate candidate interviews and evaluations. * Maintain up-to-date candidate databases. * Collaborate with the Human Resources team on related activities. * Administer internal and external job boards. * Liaise with employment portals, portfolio exchanges, etc. * Prepare personnel files. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Academic Qualification:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years leading Recruitment and Selection processes. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in recruitment strategies and sources (Retail profile management). * Tool Management: Excel (intermediate level) and Microsoft Office Suite. * **Additional Skills:** Willingness to travel. **WE OFFER:** * **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS Social Security, 25% vacation bonus, 25% Sunday premium, 15-day Christmas bonus, 12 vacation days. * **Enhanced Benefits:** Life insurance, additional vacation days, paid birthday leave, 20% group discount, free eyeglasses after 6 months (renewable annually). * **Salary:** $12,699 \+ performance-based bonuses. * 2 days of remote work per week.
