




Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate instrumentation and control programs, validate engineering, and manage resources to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and follow-up of instrumentation and control programs. 2. Supervision of engineering works and modifications to ensure quality. 3. Participation in process improvement and value analysis. **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Develop the instrumentation and control construction schedule, monitor its progress, and coordinate it with civil, mechanical, and electrical construction schedules to avoid work interference. 2\. Validate the review of engineering drawings to ensure compliance with contracted specifications. 3\. Supervise subcontractors’ and/or self-performed instrumentation and control works. 4\. Supervise engineering modifications to ensure required quality and functionality. 5\. Prepare weekly progress reports for instrumentation and control construction. 6\. Generate reports on human resources, materials, tools, and machinery for cost control, in cases where construction is performed through self-performance. 7\. Provide feedback to residents of other disciplines regarding field-identified interferences or improvements versus original drawings. 8\. Participate in process improvement through root cause analysis of deviations to define corresponding corrective action plans. 9\. Supply required information for value analysis in automation and control processes. **REQUIREMENTS** 1\. Technical degree in electricity, electronics, or automation; or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. 2\. Minimum 2 years of experience.
