Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in legal/labor area. * Availability to travel. * Valid driver’s license. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Experience drafting labor contracts and administrative documents. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities: * Drafting, reviewing, and updating individual employment contracts. * Advising the company on labor and corporate law matters. * Preparing minutes of general assemblies (legal review). * Monitoring legal incidents related to payroll and labor relations. * Handling audits and compliance with authorities. * Attending to and following up on inspections. * Constant coordination with Human Resources and operational departments. * Procedures before SCT: registrations, cancellations, modifications, and replacement of permits. * Administrative procedures with insurance companies. * Handling and follow-up on accidents involving freight transport vehicles. * Monitoring the program for mechanical and physical inspections and low-emission certification for federal transport.
