We are seeking your talent as an Operating Room Manager: RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and monitor key financial and operational indicators for the Operating Room. Implement and lead management routines. Lead the company's strategic projects and design, standardize, and supervise operational workflows in the operating room. Ensure adherence to best practices for safety in the surgical process. KNOWLEDGE: Applicable NOMs Clinical practice guidelines International guidelines REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Medicine (Degree and License). Specialization in Surgery or Anesthesiology (Degree and License). Master's degree in Administration preferred (in progress or completed). Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar position.
