REQUIREMENTS: Student pursuing a degree in Food Engineering (preferred), Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field (final semesters) Valid facultative insurance and proof of tax status Positive attitude, availability, and proactive mindset Monday to Friday, Part-time, Afternoon shift (1 PM to 5 PM) RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in conducting laboratory-level tests Shelf-life monitoring; perform pH, displacement, and Brix degree analyses Sensory evaluation of samples (assessing flavor, odor, and appearance profiles of products) Assist analysts in their daily activities Support in shelf-life monitoring WE OFFER: Monthly stipend of $3,300.00 MXN Completion of professional practice requirements and/or acquisition of work experience Opportunity for development and learning.
