Job Summary: We are seeking skilled workers in various trades for general maintenance to ensure the proper operation of facilities at a medical center. Key Points: 1. 1-year maintenance experience 2. Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities ABC Medical Center Medical Excellence Seeking: Skilled workers in various trades Requirements: Education: Electrical Technician, Air Conditioning Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or related field. (Certificate/Diploma is mandatory.) Experience: 1 year in maintenance. Knowledge: Air conditioning, plumbing, medium- and low-voltage electricity, chillers, motor control, ventilation, pumping, and general maintenance. Responsibilities: - Adjust temperature and pressure in various areas, operating rooms, etc. - Verify hot water supply in showers. - Maintain, monitor, and ensure proper operation of facilities. - General maintenance. Schedule: Morning and afternoon shifts: 7–15 hrs, 14–21:30 hrs, Monday–Sunday, with 2 weekdays off; schedules rotate every 3 or 6 months.
