An entertainment company specializing in betting is looking for your talent as: * SENIOR RECRUITER If you meet the following qualifications, this is your opportunity: * 1–2 years of experience as a Senior Recruiter * Experience handling profiles in the Food and Beverage sector (Cooks, Restaurant Staff, Waiters, Baristas, Cashiers) * Conducting initial, competency-based interviews using the STAR method * KPIs tracking recruitment outcomes per hire * Average monthly hires: 30 people * Coordination and supervision of recruitment and selection activities * Solid knowledge of Facebook campaigns, social media management, and job boards * Onboarding new hires, orientation, personnel file management, and ongoing support for new employees * Monthly recruitment strategic planning * Weekly and monthly reporting.
