




Position Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Facilitator to convert digital leads into closed sales and strategically manage the sales pipeline. Key Highlights: 1. DESCRIPTION **Sales Facilitator (Digital Leads)** ------------------------------------------- **Salary:** $25,000 monthly (via RESICO) + Quarterly KPI-based bonus **Schedule:** Monday–Friday 8:30 am–6:00 pm / Saturday 9:00 am–3:00 pm ### **Objective** Convert qualified digital leads into closed sales by strategically managing the sales pipeline and ensuring complete CRM follow-up. ### **Requirements** * 3 years of experience in high-volume sales (automotive, financial, insurance, or call center) * Excellent organizational skills, discipline, and accountability * Proficiency with computers and strong written communication skills * **Full mastery of CRM (mandatory)** * Strong focus on results and goal achievement * High sense of urgency * Persistence / hunter mindset * Commercial order and control * Closing ability ### **Responsibilities** * Effectively convert digital leads into closed sales. * Strategically manage the digital sales funnel and track opportunities precisely. * Accurately diagnose customers (intent, financial viability, and decision-making authority). * Guide customers from initial contact through credit approval, reservation, or closure. * Handle objections and recover stalled or rejected opportunities. * Strategically confirm appointments to reduce no-shows. * Maintain an up-to-date CRM as the single source of commercial control. * Meet response time requirements and internal standards.
