Responsibilities Support supervision of daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage). Ensure compliance with quality and service standards. Coordinate and train staff on customer service and internal procedures. Manage operational incidents and effectively resolve guest issues. Assist in preparing sales, occupancy, and cost reports. Collaborate on designing and implementing strategies to increase guest satisfaction and hotel profitability. Act as General Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the hospitality or hotel industry. Knowledge of front desk, housekeeping, and personnel management processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Results-oriented and customer-focused. Flexibility to work varied shifts.
