




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience to manage communications, appointments, and documentation at a women’s healthcare services company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone support and email management in English (inbound and outbound) 2. Responsible for scheduling medical appointments and updating information 3. ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED Requirements: Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree Minimum experience: 1–3 years in similar positions. Responsibilities: \* Provide telephone support, manage emails and correspondence. \* Handle inbound English-language calls for scheduling appointments with physicians in the USA. \* Update and record information received from calls. \* Make outbound calls for follow-ups and new appointments. \* File, draft, review documents, and generate reports. \* Be responsible for maintaining the schedules of assigned physicians. \* Prepare expense reports. \* File administration. WE OFFER: Salary: $14,000 monthly \+ $5,000 monthly bonus (guaranteed for the first 3 months \- $5,000 in the 1st month, $4,000 in the 2nd month, $3,000 in the 3rd month\) \+ starting from the 4th month, bonus becomes performance-based.
