




Job Summary: We are seeking telephone executives for technical support with skills in problem resolution and customer service, providing solutions to Totalplay users. Key Highlights: 1. We require: Telephone executives for the Technical Support campaign. Responsibilities: Answer calls from Totalplay customers reporting service issues, provide appropriate assistance and resolve problems. We offer: * Monthly base salary: $9400 * Productivity bonuses ranging from $2,500 to $4,500 * Bi-weekly payment schedule. * Statutory benefits. Requirements: * Valid INE identification. * Completed high school education. * 6 months of experience in technical support OR knowledge of PING, TRACERT, ROUTER, CMD, DNS, IP * Flexible availability for scheduling. * Proficiency in PC usage. * Empathy and excellent customer service skills. * Strong verbal communication skills. Schedule: * Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off during the week. - Afternoon shift (3 PM to 9 PM) Work location: * Narvarte neighborhood, Benito Juárez borough, CDMX.
