You will be responsible for arranging and managing vehicles in the station yard, ensuring correct operation and timely departure of routes, and coordinating vans to maintain smooth traffic flow. WE OFFER Direct hiring by the company Monthly salary: $12,559 Statutory and above-statutory benefits +10% Grocery vouchers +10% bonuses Total earnings up to $15,000 including bonuses and vouchers, paid weekly Uniforms and PPE Job stability MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Arranging and managing vehicles upon entry into the yard. Dispatching routes. Reporting vehicles present and No-Show cases. Tracking shipments to ensure timely departure. Monitoring vehicles. Reporting operational incidents. Ensuring on-time route departures. Daily performance analysis and reporting. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year of experience as a driver or operating delivery vehicles. Proficiency in driving Sprinter-type or urban vans, both automatic and manual.
