




Job Summary: This position focuses on ensuring the timely calculation and processing of payroll, severance payments, and settlements, while managing billing and electronic invoicing (timbrado) for client employee payments. Interaction and customer/employee support Payroll Executive Location: CDMX, Cuajimalpa De Morelos, Vasco de Quiroga Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Monthly Salary: $17,000 net Work Modality: 100% on-site Benefits: Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION Ensure that payroll, severance payment, and settlement calculations are completed on time for client employee payments; ensure billing is completed on time for client submission and payment; perform electronic invoicing (timbrado) for each payroll on agreed dates; and deliver payroll accumulations timely and correctly to the respective department. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Administration of payroll calculations of all types (incidents, accounts receivable, billing, Fonacot/Infonavit, taxes, electronic invoicing (timbrado), accumulations, and reports). Invoice requests via AP FACTURA. Requests for submission of social security movement data to the respective department. Requests for submission of payroll layout to the Treasury Department or clients in case of payroll outsourcing, via AP FACTURA or Sicoss software. Requests for opening bank accounts to the Treasury Department. Delivery of deliverables to clients: monthly payroll accumulations, biweekly or weekly payroll calculations, accounting vouchers. Perform preliminary electronic invoicing (timbrado) process prior to issuing fiscal receipts to SAT. Submission of electronic invoices (timbre) for workers under various schemes (productivity, union, assimilated). Preparation of individual employment contracts and employee files. Monitoring of INFONAVIT-FONACOT amortization deductions (reconciliation vs. payroll). Collection of each invoice issued to the client. Cordial employee support (payroll clarifications, delivery of cards (vouchers/payroll), checks, SIT, contract printing and renewals). Customer support (calendars, delivery of slips/delivery of authorized formats for hiring, cash delivery (spiff payment) if applicable, incident delivery). PROFILE REQUIREMENTS CANDIDATE PROFILE Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration. Basic/Intermediate English EXPERIENCE 1–2 years executing the full payroll calculation and personnel administration process. Experience interacting with major clients. KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of legal regulations (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, Social Security Law, Income Tax Law).
