OBJECTIVE: Timely manage and resolve customer requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring a positive service experience that fosters loyalty and achievement of satisfaction indicators. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field (in progress or completed). - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, complaint handling, or administrative sales. (Experience in Security Systems preferred) - Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems - Proficiency in Office applications and digital tools; Intermediate Excel (databases) - Excellent writing and spelling skills - Basic knowledge of billing and collections - Familiarity with current ISO 9001 standards MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Comprehensive customer service - Order tracking and proactive status communication - Management and resolution of incidents, complaints, or returns - Preparation of quotations and order entry into the system - Coordination with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, finance) to ensure timely deliveries.
