Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming and outgoing calls, delivering customer support, and efficiently resolving customer inquiries. We seek candidates with at least 6 months of prior call center experience, a completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, it is important that you possess strong telephone presence and the ability to quickly and effectively solve problems. Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, fixed shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with 2 days off.
