Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce consultant with experience in Field Service and Analytics to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on results and resolution of complex problems. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and team management in Salesforce projects. 2. Executive communication with directors and deputy directors. 3. Results-oriented mindset and ability to resolve complex problems. Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation. • At least 2–3 years of experience in Field Service and Analytics (Einstein / CRM Analytics) projects. • Proficiency in Salesforce Mobile and Offline Mode. • Experience integrating with legacy systems (Data Loader, APIs, Flows). • Experience in telecommunications, banking, or logistics projects. • Advanced English (reading, documentation, and executive communication).
