DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking an Up Tower Technician with 5 years of experience to join our team in the U.S. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines, with special emphasis on gearboxes. * Inspect and repair wind turbine components. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Work at heights and under various outdoor conditions. * Collaborate with the team to optimize turbine performance. * Document interventions performed and results obtained. * Participate in continuous improvement of O&M processes. * Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in the wind energy industry. * Manage spare parts and tool inventories. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in wind turbine maintenance, preferably in wind farms. * Solid experience in O&M (Operation and Maintenance) within the wind energy sector. * In-depth knowledge of wind turbines and their components, with particular focus on gearboxes. * Experience with multi-brand wind turbines. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Capability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to working at heights. * Technical English proficiency (reading and comprehension). * Willingness and ability to travel and work in remote locations as required. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Relevant certifications in wind turbine maintenance. * Experience using advanced diagnostic tools. * Knowledge of SCADA systems. * Vocational or technical training in electricity, mechanics, or related fields. * Experience working on offshore platforms.
