Location: Monterrey, N.L. **Requirements:** · Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (electrical materials, construction, industrial, MROs, or related). · Experience selling to wholesale channels, projects, and B2B customers. · Skills in customer prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales. · OWN VEHICLE AVAILABLE FOR FIELD WORK. · Minimum education: completed high school. · Proficiency in Excel and sales management systems. · EXISTING CUSTOMER PORTFOLIO, or experience in prospecting and opening new accounts. **Main Responsibilities:** · Prospect and acquire new customers in the industrial and construction sectors. · Provide technical and commercial advisory services regarding products. · Follow up throughout the sales process and close negotiations. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. · Conduct regular customer visits and identify new business opportunities. · Achieve sales targets and develop strategies to meet them. **Offer:** · Monthly salary NEGOTIABLE with weekly payment. · Uncapped commissions based on sales. · Working hours: Monday to Friday. · 20% office, 80% field. · Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. · Weekly gasoline allowance.
