Operational coordination with the medical team **PROSER SOLUTIONS is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant in Querétaro, Querétaro** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Administrative Receptionist – Pediatric Dental Clinic** Work Location: Blvd. Bernardo Quintana, Centro Sur Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 9:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. * Saturday: 8:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. We Offer: * $11,000 to $13,000 per month * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits Requirements: * 2 years’ experience in a similar position: medical or dental clinics. * Basic invoicing (preferred). * Proficiency in clinical appointment scheduling software and CRM systems. * Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
