Focus on strategic planning and continuous production improvement Job Objective Ensure that 100% of orders are produced and delivered within committed timeframes through strategic production planning, daily process control, and continuous optimization of operational flow. About Us We are a Mexican artisan footwear brand using 100% leather, with over 10 years in the market and experiencing rapid growth driven by a strong digital strategy. Our current challenge is to scale operations with order, technology, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities 1️ Production planning and scheduling 2️ Daily follow-up with the workshop 3️ Time control and master schedule board management 4️ Continuous improvement and technology integration 5️ Cross-departmental coordination Ideal Profile Education: * Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field. Experience: * 3+ years in production planning and control. * Experience in manufacturing (footwear or textile industry preferred). * Implementation of control systems or tools. Technical Skills: * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards). * Data handling and analysis. * Experience in process digitization.
