Focus on sales strategies and customer satisfaction GRUPO ANDRADE A premium automotive dealership seeking talent for the position of: **"PRE-OWNED VEHICLE MANAGER"** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry · Prior experience in this role · Leadership skills · Team management skills · Results orientation and KPI management **KNOWLEDGE:** · Automotive industry expertise · Digital platform proficiency · Objection handling · Sales force management · Negotiation skills · Excellent handling of premium customers **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Apply brand product knowledge and benefits in conjunction with sales strategies · Develop projects and plans to generate sales and expand the dealership · Handle internal administrative procedures · Participate in various training courses for skill development and career growth · Monitor sales processes and policies as well as customer satisfaction policies · Promote and increase product sales through commercial strategy · Knowledge of the digital market · Ability to integrate and lead goal-oriented teams **WE OFFER:** · Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM · Base monthly gross salary plus commissions · Statutory benefits from day one (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation bonus, social security) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
