




Job Summary: We are seeking an On-Site Technical Support Engineer to provide assistance, manage IT assets, and maintain the company’s technological infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provides on-site technical assistance to users 2. Manages IT and information security assets 3. We require: **On-Site Technical Support Engineer** **Requirements:** \- Completed degree in Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field \- Basic/intermediate knowledge of MacBook equipment \- 1 year of experience in IT \- ITIL certification desirable **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site technical assistance to users. * Register and track support tickets. * Assist in managing technology assets. * Manage and track hardware and software inventory. * Install and configure computers, operating systems, network equipment, and software applications. * Manage information security, including antivirus, antimalware, backups, etc. * Manage updates and patches. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Prepare logs and reports. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (on-site) **Location:** Heroes Ferrocarrileros 42, Sta María la Ribera, Cuauhtémoc, 06400 Ciudad de México, CDMX **Salary:** $14,500 \- $15,000 gross monthly **Statutory Benefits** **100% payroll processed** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,500\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have in on-site support? * Do you have any experience with MacBook equipment?
