Job Summary: Condominio Xcaret is seeking a Maintenance Assistant / Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across various areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities 2. Supervises and maintains hydraulic and electrical systems **Condominio Xcaret is looking for:** **Maintenance Assistant / Technician** **Requirements:** Completed junior high school or high school (technical level preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on condominium facilities (electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, etc.).
