Medication and inventory control **Availability to rotate shifts and/or work night shifts.** **Education:** *Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (degree certificate and professional license)* **Job Objective:** Provide primary-contact medical care and first aid to employees and ensure implementation of health campaigns authorized by the Company as part of employee benefits to prevent illness. **Responsibilities:** * Provide medical care and/or first aid to employees * Administer medications from the essential drug list under physician guidance or consultation * Maintain up-to-date records and control of employees visiting the medical clinic * Identify cases of illness and/or accidents requiring specialized medical attention * Manage personnel medication inventory * Ensure compliance with audits and applicable regulations * Track medical leaves and submit related documentation to the Compensation Department to ensure timely payment to employees * Implement Company-authorized preventive health campaigns * Execute the annual program of periodic medical examinations for employees * Conduct pre-employment medical examinations **Knowledge Requirements:** * First aid * General and occupational medicine * Inventory control
