Job Summary: TechnoFoods is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in the food industry to ensure optimal operation of machinery and equipment by applying diverse technical knowledge. Active participation in problem-solving and emergency response TechnoFoods, a food industry company specializing in ready-to-eat products, is seeking personnel for the Xhala industrial zone in Cuautitlán Izcalli. **INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN!** Requirements: * Age: up to 40 years old. * Education: Completed Technical Degree / Bachelor’s Degree * Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry (mandatory). Knowledge and experience in: * Boilers * Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, welding, hydraulic, variable-speed drives, and programmable logic controller (PLC) circuits. * Industrial safety. * Work at heights and in confined spaces. * Work order management. * Preventive/corrective maintenance and adherence to departmental maintenance programs. * Civil services and installations (plumbing, basic masonry, landscaping, etc.). * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Implementation of problem-solving programs. * Strong sense of urgency in responding to line emergency failures. * Machinery lubrication using food-grade greases. * Experience with coding machines. * Refrigeration systems.
