Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and creative marketing leader to increase sales and foot traffic across 9 locations of an expanding restaurant chain. Key Highlights: 1. Someone who converts campaigns into real sales, with a growth mindset for our restaurant chain with over 11 years in the market. **Your Mission:** Increase foot traffic, average ticket size, and sales across our 9 locations through measurable and scalable marketing strategies. **Your Responsibilities:** Design and execute digital strategies focused on ROI to measure sales. Optimize ad spend on Meta, Google, and TikTok. Analyze CAC, ROAS, and cost per acquisition. Lead brand strategy and positioning. Identify trends and apply them ahead of competitors. Create promotions that generate real traffic. Oversee messaging platforms and email marketing. Apply artificial intelligence tools focused on marketing and sales. Collaborate closely with operations to drive results. Key metrics you must master: ROAS Cost per lead / order Campaign-attributable sales Average ticket per channel Traffic per location Monthly growth percentage **Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Strategic and creative simultaneously. Openness to learning. Not afraid to experiment. Proven experience generating actual sales (not just engagement). **Experience:** 3–5 years in strategic advertising or marketing roles.
