As a CBRE Technician, you will support interactions with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that assigned site tasks and work orders are completed. This position is part of the Maintenance team, which focuses on all operational aspects, providing support to the Responsible Manager regarding repairs, maintenance, and maintenance planning. Electromechanical Maintenance Technician **Education:** Technical or incomplete degree in Electricity. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Infrastructure repair work. Luminaire repair. Support to technicians in electrical work, work at heights, and hot work. Execution of plumbing repair work requests. Primarily assisting the maintenance technician. Repair of leaks in the main potable water, irrigation, and reuse piping ring. Maintenance of irrigation pumps. Maintenance of the irrigation system. Repair work on external piping.
