This role will lead the integration of Community, Content, Design, MarTech, and PR teams, ensuring consistency, quality, and results across all initiatives. It is a highly visible organizational role involving direct interaction with executive leadership and operating within a dynamic, excellence-oriented work environment. **Job Objective** Design, execute, and optimize highly structured multichannel marketing strategies that drive brand positioning, demand generation, and achievement of business objectives. **Responsibilities** * Lead multidisciplinary teams under high standards of quality and delivery. * Design and implement performance- and branding-focused campaigns. * Manage and optimize MarTech and CRM tools. * Ensure absolute consistency in visual identity and communication. * Coordinate PR and corporate communications. * Define, measure, and report on strategic KPIs and OKRs. * Maintain continuous communication with leadership and key stakeholders. **Candidate Profile** * Proven experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. * Strong results orientation, execution focus, and commitment to continuous improvement. * High stress tolerance and effective prioritization capability. * Attention to detail and high quality standards. * Executive presence and clear communication with senior stakeholders. * Experience working with demanding leadership and clearly defined hierarchical structures. * **Essential experience in the IT and/or cybersecurity industry.** * Hands-on profile: combines strategy with direct execution. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Availability for 100% in-office work and high connectivity. **Offer** * Gross monthly salary: $55,000 to $80,000 MXN (based on experience). * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Performance-based bonuses. * Direct exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making. * Opportunity for growth within a high-level professional environment.
