Access to continuous training and new digital tools. **Job Objective** Continuously manage and improve our client’s digital advertising— a purpose-driven jewelry brand— to increase sales and attract qualified traffic, ensuring proper budget management and constant campaign performance optimization. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and internally optimize paid media campaigns. * Manage campaigns across various digital platforms: * Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) * TikTok Ads * Pinterest Ads * Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) * Monitor and optimize advertising spend to maximize results. * Analyze and refine search terms to improve campaign performance. * Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR to optimize outcomes. * Review basic website and landing page functionality (load times, links, forms, and contact information). * Report website issues or malfunctions to the relevant team. * Collaborate on writing and improving ad copy, headlines, and descriptions. * Generate reports on campaign results and insights. * Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new tools—including AI applications in digital advertising. * Prepare weekly performance reports (reach, engagement, growth, and results), integrating analysis and recommendations to strengthen the brand’s digital strategy. **Knowledge and Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns. * Proficiency with advertising platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest. * Experience in scheduling, monitoring, and managing content using tools such as Metricool, ensuring accurate execution of the editorial calendar. * Basic knowledge of digital analytics and conversion measurement. **Skills** * Results-oriented mindset. * Organization and activity tracking. * Analytical thinking. * Proactivity and autonomy in execution. * Teamwork capability. * Commitment to continuous learning. **Education** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$20,000 to $25,000 MXN** (based on experience). * **On-site** work modality. * Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding brand. * Direct involvement in the business’s digital strategy. * A dynamic, creative, and results-oriented work environment. * Continuous training and access to new digital tools.
