Knowledge \- Experience: * Customer order analysis vs. Epicor * Negotiation of shipping instructions for critical shipments * Customer communication * Customer negotiation for air/expedited shipments * Coordination with scheduling, production, and shipping * Report preparation * ERP systems (Epicor, JDE, Syteline, SAP) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel formulas.
