




Job Summary: We are seeking a CRM Specialist (Junior) to design and implement systems that connect marketing and prospecting efforts with a CRM, focusing on lead registration, tracking, automations, and data-driven decision-making. About the Role We seek a CRM Specialist (Junior) to help design and implement systems connecting marketing and prospecting efforts with a CRM: clean lead registration, tracking, custom automations, and improved data-driven decision-making. Your work will transform campaigns such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads, cold marketing, and outreach into real opportunities within the CRM, using automations that increase the likelihood of converting prospects into customers. Ideal Profile (Junior) Student in final semesters or recent graduate * Preferably with academic or internship experience in systems, software, automation, or data. * Candidates with more experience will be disqualified. Expected Tools and Knowledge You should be able to work with various outreach/inbound marketing/CRM tools, for example: * HubSpot (CRM, pipelines, properties, workflows) * Clay, Instantly, Apollo (outreach, enrichment, prospecting) * Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (databases, cleaning, organization) Bonus (desirable): * SQL (queries, data extraction, segmentation) * Python (automation, data handling, scripting) We also highly value passion and experience (or eagerness to learn) with: * Zapier / Make (automation and integration) * AI tools applied to workflows (enrichment, classification, message generation, etc.) If you do not yet master any of these tools in depth, you are expected to demonstrate genuine willingness to learn quickly (tutorials, courses, mentorship, research, practice). Key Responsibilities * Implement and maintain an organized CRM (fields, properties, stages, pipelines, tagging). * Design workflows ensuring proper registration of leads from ads, outreach, forms, and inbound channels. * Create custom automations by contact type (follow-ups, sequences, alerts, tasks, segmentation). * Integrate tools (CRM + outreach + spreadsheets + automation platforms like Zapier/Make). * Ensure data quality: deduplication, standardization, validation, enrichment, and reporting. * Generate dashboards/reports to assess performance and support marketing decisions.
