Support efficient operational flow with accuracy and speed. **DATA ENTRY CLERK FOR AIR CARGO MATRIX** **Job Objective** Ensure accurate capture, validation, and control of operational information related to air cargo documentation, maintaining data integrity and document order for efficient operational flow. **Main Responsibilities** * Data entry into Excel from air cargo documentation * Receipt, registration, and confirmation of operational data * Document tracking and control * Verification of entered information in system or databases * Document digitization * Preparation of data entry progress reports * Control and filing of source documentation * Preparation of documents using Microsoft Office * Maintenance of updated filing system * Occasional support to the operations department * Occasional customer service **Excel Proficiency (MANDATORY)** Practical skills required in: * Information comparison * Duplicate detection (conditional formatting) * Use of formulas and functions * Filters * Data lookup * Controlled paste * Database management ***Speed and accuracy in data entry will be evaluated.*** **Requirements** * High school diploma or technical certificate (non-university degree) * Minimum 2 years of data entry experience * **Advanced Excel proficiency** (formulas, links, and functions) * Proficiency in Word and Outlook * Availability to work Monday through Saturday * Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately * Preference for candidates residing near Tijuana Airport / Otay or having direct transportation access **Working Conditions** * Work schedule: 48 hours per week * Statutory benefits * Timely weekly payroll (every Friday) via Banorte payroll system * One-week payroll lag * Uniforms provided * Parking available **Work Location:** Airport Area – Otay **Hiring Process:** * First in-person interview at HR Corporate Office * Second in-person interview at Airport Hangar * Third appointment at HR Corporate Office for document submission and hiring. *\*The stated salary is gross (before taxes).\** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * Data entry: 2 years (Preferred) * Keyboarding skills: 2 years (Preferred) * Advanced Excel: 2 years (Preferred) * Availability Monday through Saturday: 2 years (Preferred) * Commute via single transport: 1 year (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
