Coordinate the implementation of processes and methodologies ### **Summary** \~Support and facilitate strategic business continuity initiatives and programs within Novartis DDIT and ensure timely execution within budget. \~Support end-to-end DDIT business continuity management (BCM), covering DDIT as an enterprise and as a business enabler for Novartis. \~Facilitate and manage the development of business continuity plans (BCP) within DDIT. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Support and facilitate the community of subject matter experts in continuously developing the skills and capabilities required to enable practice and adoption within DDIT \~ Coordinate and manage the implementation, transition, and adoption of processes and methodologies across functions within DDIT. \~ Report technical complaints/unwanted events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt \~ Distribute marketing samples (where appropriate). Key Performance Indicators \~Support strategic business continuity initiatives and programs within Novartis DDIT and ensure timely execution within budget. \~Support end-to-end DDIT business continuity management (BCM), covering DDIT as an enterprise and as a business enabler for Novartis. \~Facilitate and manage the development of business continuity plans (BCP) within DDIT.
