A Mexican company with 45 years of experience in the dental pharmaceutical and medical device industry, market leader nationally and exporting to over 75 countries, is hiring: **Aseptic Manufacturing Technician** **Position Objective:** Technically operate manufacturing equipment for sterile manufacturing and packaging processes in ISO 5–8 areas, fully complying with standard operating procedures and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Position Responsibilities:** 1. Monitor records for each process stage to ensure in-process controls and critical product quality attributes are met. 2. Participate in process investigations and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans. 3. Operate sterile process manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures. 4. Train operators based on operational requirements. 5. Verify that routine microbiological monitoring for each sterile manufacturing batch falls within specification. 6. Ensure successful completion of aseptic simulation studies. 7. Support maintenance personnel in diagnosing, analyzing equipment/machinery failures, and identifying improvements. 8. Perform established preventive and corrective maintenance activities, consistent with position scope and training received for machinery operation. 9. Support continuous improvement initiatives to identify needs and propose solutions. 10. Ensure aseptic packaging operations are conducted within scheduled operational times, implementing improvements and optimizations as required by the process. **Position Requirements:** * Education: Minimum technical high school diploma in industrial mechanics, electricity, manufacturing processes, industrial maintenance, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in operation and/or maintenance of machinery in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and/or electronics industries. * Knowledge of autonomous and preventive maintenance techniques. * Knowledge of cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and adjustment techniques. * Knowledge of pneumatics. * Knowledge of industrial electricity. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) (desirable). * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) (desirable). * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies at White or Yellow Belt level (desirable). * Knowledge of sterile manufacturing procedures (desirable). **Work Schedule:** 4x4. Work two days from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and two nights from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Four consecutive days off. **Work Location:** Camino a Santa Ana Tepetitlán #2230, Col.
