Here, you will strengthen your financial skills, learn key administrative processes, and join a team that will support you throughout your development. **What will you do in this role?** You will learn and actively participate in activities such as: **Expenditure Control** * Monthly recording of expenditures for Accounting. * Tracking of payment requests. * Organization and control of documents. **Per Diems** * Classification of deductible and non-deductible expenses. * Recording and reconciliation of expenses. **Insurance** * Validation of invoices against payments made. * Control of fiscal receipt numbers. **Sales Commissions** * Validation of invoices against control files. * Safeguarding of supporting documents in the system. **Monthly Closing and Invoicing** * Submission of initial payment invoices. * General support in closing processes. **Requirements to Apply** * Be a **recent graduate** or a student in the final semesters of Business Administration or a related field. * Interest in learning about **Treasury and Accounts Payable**. * Intermediate/advanced **Excel** proficiency. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong motivation to grow. **What We Offer** * **Salary:** $6,000 to $9,000 SMB. * Direct mentorship and learning from the team. * A professional, stable, and collaborative work environment. **Ready to start your finance journey?** Send us your **PDF CV with photo** and become part of a project where you can develop your talent from day one.
