Implement and supervise automated financial systems DESCRIPTION A leading company in **automotive leasing** is seeking to hire a: **ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE MANAGER** * Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 Gross * Work location: CDMX * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 hrs **Responsibilities:** * Supervise **financial control**, including accounting records, budgetary control, and issuance of accurate financial reports for strategic decision-making. * Manage **treasury and cash flow**, including collections, payments, financing, and working capital administration, ensuring liquidity and operational efficiency. * Analyze **profitability of leasing contracts and vehicle fleet**, identifying optimization opportunities. * Evaluate **customers’ credit risk**, and ensure compliance with tax, legal, and labor regulations. * Implement and supervise **ERP and automated financial systems** to ensure reliable and timely information. Coordinate and lead the finance team: Controller, Treasurer, and Administrator. * REQUIREMENTS **Profile:** * Work experience: **4–5 years in finance, treasury, and internal control**, preferably in automotive leasing or the financial sector. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. A Master’s degree in Finance or Administration is desirable. * Solid knowledge of **financial control, treasury, internal control, and financial planning**. * Experience in **financial analysis, forecasting, and profitability assessment of contracts or fleets**. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Residence in the same city as the company, with availability for on-site work and partial remote work.
