We distinguish ourselves by working closely with our clients and delivering practical solutions that truly add value. **Job Objective** Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial area, ensuring appropriate follow-up of customers, opportunities, and internal processes so that commercial operations run smoothly and efficiently. **Responsibilities** * Follow up with customers, prospects, and commercial opportunities. * Assist in preparing, controlling, and sending quotations. * Keep commercial and administrative information up to date. * Coordinate communication between the commercial area and other internal departments. * Follow up on procurement processes, service orders, and documentation. * Assist in preparing commercial proposals and presentations. * Provide timely attention and follow-up to internal and external customers. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree — **recent graduate** (Administration, Business, Commercial Area, or related field). * Prior experience in administrative or commercial support roles (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, email). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up ability. * Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility. **We Offer** * Opportunity for professional development within the commercial area. * Training and continuous learning in technological solutions. * Professional and collaborative work environment. **Important Information** This position is **not direct sales**.
