Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Lawyer to support the management and review of legal documents, tracking of legal matters, and alignment of processes with operational needs. Identification and reporting of potential legal risks At Elegant Catering, we seek a Junior Lawyer to provide support in managing, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, as well as tracking legal matters, thereby contributing to the proper functioning of the legal department and aligning processes with the company’s operational needs. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Law (degree conferred). * Minimum 1–2 years of professional practice or equivalent experience (preferably in a notary office in CDMX). * Residence near the workplace (near Palmas Sanborns). * Knowledge of notarial, corporate, civil, commercial, succession, real estate, and corporate law. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or ERP software. * Use of legal databases and legislation research. **Competencies and Skills:** * Clear communication and ability to synthesize information * Organization and attention to detail * Teamwork * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Responsibility and follow-up capability **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, minutes, legal filings, and other legal documents. * Track legal and administrative procedures before authorities, notaries, and third parties. * Research applicable regulations to support decision-making within the legal department. * Prepare legal filings and reports under supervision. * Maintain physical and digital legal files organized and up to date. * Support coordination with external lawyers and legal service providers. * Identify and report potential legal risks in processes or documents. **We Offer:** * Base salary commensurate with verifiable experience * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria service at 50% discount * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, half-day on Saturday * Savings fund Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service with discount Application Question(s): * How do you conduct legal research when unfamiliar with a topic? * Why are you interested in this Junior Lawyer position? * What type of experience have you had (internships, notary offices, law firms, corporations)?
