Job Summary: Manage and oversee collections from the customer portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up on invoicing until payment is received while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Maintain strong relationships and communication with external and internal customers. **Responsibilities** --------------------- • Administer and manage the customer portfolio to increase monthly collections, providing excellent service and follow-up to customers. • Review and manage customer accounts with balances over 120 days included in the uncollectible provision to resolve them in favor of departmental and company results. • Reduce DSO for the assigned customer portfolio by accelerating the billing, review, and collection process, coordinating recovery of accounts receivable. • Receive invoices and ensure timely delivery of documents and supporting materials for review—via portal and physical means—daily to all customers. • Send monthly account statements and reconciliations electronically and by phone to confirm balances with customers. • Prepare and conduct daily tracking of monthly forecast versus actual collections through reports and portfolio analysis based on collections performance. • Carry out personalized collection activities in person via home visits, telephone calls, and/or email, depending on the case. • Perform aging analysis of balances and portfolio, preparing monthly reports and summaries. • Promptly notify the Sales Department of customers with overdue balances exceeding 30 days, as well as customer inquiries requiring clarification. • Maintain constant communication with the Billing Department to prevent risks. • Review and identify bank statements to correctly apply deposits to appropriate customer accounts. **Education** --------------- Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Economics/Administration. **Experience** --------------- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative processes, telephone-based collections management, and Internal Control. **Knowledge** ----------------- Corporate, retail, governmental, etc. collections. **Competencies** ---------------- Collaboration, demonstrating role mastery, achieving results, leading change, being an open and persuasive communicator, fostering excellence, developing organizational capability. **Skills** --------------- Intermediate/Advanced Excel **Schedule** ----------- Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 **Work Location** -------------------- Col.
