Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years of experience in the position (Mandatory experience handling pre-payroll for 1,000 HC and personnel administration) \- Advanced Excel skills \- Age: 30 to 42 years old \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: \- Staff roster control \- User registration, IMSS enrollment, and system setup \- Personnel administration \- Recruitment and onboarding follow-up for new hires \- Recording of attendance incidents, pre-payroll, payroll, pay slips, and payroll closing \- Biometric system control \- Preparation of employer letters \- Follow-up on medical leaves and ST7 process \- Follow-up and control of STPS audits **WE OFFER**: \- Competitive salary, negotiable \- Timely bi-weekly payments \- Statutory benefits **WORK HOURS**: \- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM \- Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM If you meet the requirements, apply through this channel and we will contact you shortly.
