As a Medical Receptionist at Insight Consultorios Médicos, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments and ensuring that the clinic experience is professional and efficient. Your responsibilities will include telephone support, managing schedules and medical records, and providing accurate information about clinic services. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our facilities in Monterrey, N.L.E. **Requirements** * Experience in scheduling appointments and efficiently managing medical schedules. * Knowledge of telephone support techniques and professional customer service practices. * Proficiency in typical front-desk responsibilities, such as schedule management and patient check-in. * Familiarity with basic processes related to a medical office. * Prior experience in medical offices or clinics is desirable. * Excellent interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and organizational ability are highly valued. * Interest in learning medical terminology and eyewear sales in the optometry area.
