




Position Summary: We are seeking a Cores Administrator to manage returns, inventory, and claims, ensuring proper disposition and organization of replacement parts. Key Highlights: 1. Functional organization of the Core area and claim preparation Tractor-trailer distributor is seeking: ***CORES ADMINISTRATOR*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or completed high school education * Knowledge of replacement parts * Warehouse management experience * Age 22 and above **Responsibilities:** * Provide end-to-end tracking of Core return documents, ensuring proper handling from issuance through return to the supplier. * Conduct physical Core inventory counts to ensure consistency between physical stock and system records. * Thoroughly review Cores with low or imminent loss of eligibility, proposing preventive and corrective actions for recovery or proper disposition. * Ensure accurate application and reconciliation of credit memos arising from Core returns. * Periodically analyze Core inventory to identify risks, inter-branch turnover opportunities, and areas for improvement. * Logically and functionally organize the CORES area to enable easy identification and immediate availability for return. * Package, label, and ship CORES to the manufacturer according to its specified criteria and requirements. * Prepare claims in accordance with the applicable channel process: company-owned, warranty, supplier, REMAN, etc. * Control the issuance and flow of CORES receipt vouchers attached to invoices. * And other duties as assigned **We Offer:** * Base salary + bonus * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
