This position is critical to maintaining administrative and accounting order, collaborating with various departments to guarantee efficiency and quality in every process. ### **Job Offer** * **Salary:** $14,000 MXN per month (take-home pay). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * *Saturdays only if necessary (occasionally).* * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration**, or a related field (intern or graduate). * **1–2 years of experience** in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of **accounting and taxation**. * Basic proficiency in **office software** (especially Excel). ### **Responsibilities** * Recording and controlling supplier invoices. * Filing, safeguarding, and controlling accounting documentation. * Managing and tracking the payment process. * Preparing accounting and bank reconciliations. * Liaising with and following up on suppliers regarding billing and payment clarifications. * Supporting and participating in accounting closings.
