Market, competition, and automotive industry trends analysis Vacancy: Marketing Manager — Automotive Dealership **Position Objective:** Plan, direct, and execute the dealership’s marketing and communication strategies to increase brand positioning, lead generation, and sales of vehicles, parts, and services. Main Responsibilities * Design and implement the dealership’s annual marketing plan * Coordinate digital and traditional advertising campaigns * Social media management and online presence * Lead generation and conversion metric tracking * Coordination with external advertising agencies and media outlets * Organization of events, product launches, and brand activations * Market, competition, and automotive industry trends analysis * Supervision of corporate image across facilities and materials * Marketing budget administration * Performance measurement (ROI, traffic, leads, sales) * Commercial team support to achieve sales targets * Supervision of promotions, campaigns, and local advertising Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience (automotive or retail industry preferred) * Experience in digital marketing and lead generation * Proficiency in social media, digital advertising, and analytical tools * Knowledge of branding and commercial strategies * Vendor and agency management experience * Advanced Excel and executive presentation skills * Management of three dealerships: Querétaro, León, and Aguascalientes Competencies * Strategic thinking * Creativity and innovation * Results orientation * Leadership and teamwork * Effective communication * Analytical ability * Project organization and management We Offer * Competitive monthly gross salary of $19,200 to $21,700 * Statutory benefits * $800 monthly food vouchers * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Excellent working environment Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Location Dealership located just steps from Krispy Kreme Jurica Job Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $20,000.00 – $22,500.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
