Opportunity to directly impact the company’s image and professionalism **REQUIRED PROFILE** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * **Technical Skills:** Solid and verifiable knowledge in: * **Plumbing:** Leak repair, installation of sanitary fixtures, and pump maintenance. * **Electrical Work:** Installation of lighting fixtures and outlets, inspection of electrical panels and short circuits. * **Painting:** Interior and exterior painting, wall patching, and finishing details. * **Basic Metalworking:** Minor repairs to doors, metal roller shutters, and protective structures. * **Finishing Works:** Drywall installation, waterproofing, and minor masonry repairs. * **Documentation:** Valid driver’s license (Mandatory). * **Mobility:** Willingness to travel to various branches in Pachuca and surrounding areas. **2\. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance visits to assigned branches. * Respond to urgent reports (water leaks, electrical failures, locksmith issues). * Maintain facades and common areas with impeccable painting and lighting. * Manage inventory and safekeeping of tools and materials under one’s responsibility. * Report the overall infrastructure condition of each unit to prevent major damage. **4\.
