You only need to meet the following requirements:** Required: * Budget control * Preparation of food control documentation * Supervision **Main Responsibilities:** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate services for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special services. * Plan, administer, organize, and control the assigned cafeteria. * Coordinate and evaluate general cafeteria, kitchen, and related facilities. * Control and manage costs, reduce waste, and manage inventories. * Estimate product consumption and request procurement of required products. * Monitor food temperatures in real time. * Verify staff appearance and compliance with hygiene standards, proper facility cleaning, and food release procedures. * Service attention and quality. * Customer interaction and service.
