Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain ### **Description** **Mission:** Build world\-class electric motor supplier quality through robust processes, rigorous standards compliance, and advanced problem\-solving to deliver reliable, cost\-effective and on\-time products that enable IEC Holden’s ambitious growth objective### **Outcomes:** * Supplier Performance: Maintain an average supplier scorecard rating of **85% or higher** across quality, delivery, and responsiveness. * Corrective Actions (SCARs): Ensure **85% or more Supplier Corrective Action Requests are closed on time**. * Aging Non\-Conformances: Keep **fewer than 5% of material NCRs** open longer than 60 days. * Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ): Maintain COPQ at **less than 0\.8% of total spend/revenue** (as defined internally). * PPAP Quality: Keep **PPAP rejection rate below 10%** through strong supplier qualification and validation processes. ### **Role Competencies:** * 7\+ years in quality management, including hands\-on supplier quality leadership in a manufacturing environment. * Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and core quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP). * Proven ability to lead supplier audits, corrective actions, and supplier development initiatives. * Data\-driven problem solver who can reduce defects, risk, and cost of poor quality. * Confident decision\-maker who holds suppliers accountable and drives performance improvement. * Effective cross\-functional leader who partners with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain. * Clear communicator who can influence suppliers and report quality performance to leadership. ### **About IEC Holden** Our future is electrifying!
