Position Summary: Supervise, coordinate, and execute technical, administrative, and control activities to ensure project progress and compliance, guaranteeing quality, safety, schedule, and cost. Coordination of work teams and subcontractors. **WORK LOCATION** Parque Industrial PyME, Qro **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Supervise, coordinate, and execute the necessary technical, administrative, and control activities to ensure progress and compliance of the assigned construction project, guaranteeing defined quality, safety, schedule, and cost. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise physical construction progress according to the execution schedule. * Coordinate field activities of technical and operational personnel. * Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and technical standards. * Generate daily and weekly progress, construction control, and resource reports. * Request and verify proper receipt of materials and supplies. * Supervise correct installation of equipment, infrastructure, or electrical/mechanical systems as applicable. * Implement industrial safety measures and ensure personnel compliance. * Resolve technical issues and unforeseen events occurring on site. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Provide timely follow-up on instructions from the superintendent or project manager. **REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Drawing reading and interpretation. * Technical construction standards for electrical, mechanical, or civil works (according to specialty). * Management of material and human resources. * Construction quality control. * Office software (Word, Excel), AutoCAD, Project (desirable) **SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES** * Firm yet conciliatory character. * High frustration tolerance. * Attention to detail without losing sight of the overall project. * Professional ethics and responsibility. * Willingness to travel between construction sites. **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or related degree. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction supervision and control within the industrial, electrical, or construction sector. * Solid knowledge of construction regulations, industrial safety, and quality management. * Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and contracts. * Proficiency in construction control, reporting, and logbook software (Excel, AutoCAD, Project, or others). * Capacity to coordinate work teams and supervise subcontractors. * Willingness to work on-site and during extended hours according to project progress. * Strong communication and leadership skills.
