Manages continuous improvement and explores AI applications in the real estate sector At **Cosmopolitan Group**, a real estate developer, we are looking for a **Project Leader** for the **Information Technology** area to lead the group’s technology strategy and contribute to innovation and optimization of our processes. **Job Objective:** To direct and coordinate the corporate implementation of specialized systems programs and projects, ensuring orderly and effective adoption of tools across all company departments. Your primary role will be translating operational processes into real-world system use cases, training teams, and measuring the impact of implemented solutions. **We are looking for someone with experience in:** * Proficiency in traditional and agile methodologies * General understanding of IT, networking, and security terminology * Process improvement, data analysis, automation, or technology management. * Experience in real estate, construction, or corporate services companies is a plus. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Designs the complete project plan * Defines scope, deliverables, resources, schedule, and budget * Initiates, reviews, and/or validates project kick-off * Training and ongoing support * Generates monthly progress reports and presents results to the General Director. * Manages continuous improvement, exploring new AI applications applicable to the real estate and construction sectors. * And others **Required Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in Chat GPT / generative AI, familiarity with automation (no\-code / low\-code). * Advanced Excel, data analysis, process documentation. * Basic programming or API knowledge is desirable.
